Términos y condiciones

The general overall condition and philosophy of our house is honesty, respect and responsibility. All the below is just to give a more precise description of how we understand this.

We guarantee you the room on the pictures or a similar one. Please note that this is a Bed & Breakfast and we value the respect of all the guests very much.
We are a place of inspiration and hence do not want our guests to be disturbed. For that reason we do not accept parties or excessively loud guests. Please note that despite being in nature, we still have neighbors. So even in case you rent the entire villa this does not allow you to be excessively loud.
We have our house rules which are reasonable, but if guests do not comply with them, we will ask them to leave and will not give any refund.
Common spaces are here for everyone and shall not be occupied permanently (i.e. do not let your things lay around when you leave and do not occupy them excessively).
During night-time (23:00-07:00), we expect all guests to be especially reasonable with the amount of noise they make, but we also ask guests to be reasonable when another guest is making a little bit of noise.
Guests are liable in case they damage anything on the property.
We have a regular cleaning service, but since we are in the middle of nature, please expect the according cleanness and reach out to us in case anything disturbs you.
Once checked-in please come to us directly in case anything is not according to your expectations. We do not accept requests for refunds at the end of your stay.
We expect responsible behavior from everyone on our property and since we are in the middle of nature, some precautions are to be taken (especially: check how deep the water is before you jump (pool and lake), going down to the lake there are some stairs to take and it might be slippery)
Furthermore, parents are in any case fully responsible for their kids - be it in the water or on land. Please take this very very seriously: This used to be a family house by our grandfather and we never had serious accidents. And we strongly intend to keep it like this. We do not have a safety guard anywhere, so parents carry full responsibility for their kids.
For elderly people or someone with limited agility it might not be possible to enjoy our whole garden as there are steps to be taken and they happen to be quite exposed at times. Please ask us and take precautions: Your are responsible if anything happens.
In case of very low prices, which might apply due to technical issues anywhere, we allow ourselves to adjust them to current market conditions.
Our facilities are only to be used by our guests and no external people are allowed - upon request and explicit approval we can make exceptions.

Política de pago

30% of total price is due upon booking to assure your booking.
For bookings through our own website (www.lakevillalotus.com): In case you book discount offers, we do charge 50% upon booking. Last minute bookings will be charged the full amount upon booking.
Note that in case of credit card payments there will be an additional credit card charge of 2.9% (varying depending on the credit card used).

Política de cancelación

90% refund up to 30 days before arrival date, 30% refund up to 14 days before arrival and within 14 days of arrival we do not refund.
For direct bookings via our own website (www.lakevillalotus.com):
In case you book last minute offers we do not refund.
