**BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. MINIMUM LENGTHS OF STAY:
MID AND HIGH SEASON: 5 NIGHTS
LOW SEASON: 2 NIGHTS
2. CHECK-IN IS AFTER 5.00 PM AND ROOMS SHOULD BE VACATED BY NOON. WE WOULD ASK OUR GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE TIMES AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE.
3. THE TOTAL BILL FOR THE ACCOMMODATION WILL BE ISSUED ON ARRIVAL. GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT THE ID DOCUMENT OF THE PERSON WHO MADE THE BOOKING AND SETTLE THE BILL BY CREDIT CARD OR CASH.
4. THE APARTMENTS ARE CLEANED DAILY EXCEPT FOR KITCHEN UTENSILS FOR ALL STAYS.
5. BED LINEN IS CHANGED EVERY THREE NIGHTS.
6. TOWELS ARE CHANGED DAILY ON REQUEST. IF YOU WANT YOUR TOWELS CHANGED, PLEASE LEAVE THEM IN THE SHOWER TRAY.
7. LAUNDRY SERVICE (WASHING AND DRYING) IS CHARGED PER BAG OF WASHING. PLEASE DO NOT MIX WHITES AND COLOUREDS IN THE SAME BAG. THIS SERVICE SHOULD BE REQUESTED AT RECEPTION.
8. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

2.- The rest off amount will be pay on the arriving day.
Cancellation Policy
POLITICS OF CANCELLATION: if the cancellation of the reservation takes place, there was applied regulation of the principality of asturias (decreto ley 143/2002 14 de nov.). we will restore the full whole if i know prduce with 16 days of anticipation at the entry in the establishment, 15-7 days before the entry, we will retaiN the 50%, 7-0 days before the entry ,we will retain the 100%.
If the booking is made on our website, www.lacasonaencantorural.com, a comprehensive cancellation insurance is included and there was applied the general and particular conditions of the policy
