Terms & Conditions

The check-in time, depending on availability, may be from 2:00 p.m. We recommend come to our Reception Desk (located in our Country House Hotel "El Balsamo") as soon as you arrive to Belmonte and at that time we can check the availability of your room. The departure time is before 12:00 h. If you wish to leave later than this time you must confirm with the property if it is, or not, possible.

Breakfast is NOT included, but our Apartments and Suites have a complimentary coffee area with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, assorted capsules, mineral water and tea pastries. In the case of the La Yaya and La Paula (Full Rental Houses) and also in the Penthouse Apartment we supply for courtresy: mineral water, nescafé, chocolate, sugar, pastries,… etc. As the kitchens are fully equipped with microwave, vitroceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster ... guests can prepare breakfast without having to leave the house.

In case of reserving 3 or more items for the same dates the property may collect a partial payment in advance of the total amount.

The property is not responsible for the loss / forgetting of objects; However, if this is the case, there is no problem sending it to the address provided.

The client is obliged to:

Keep the accommodation, furniture and elements in the same conditions as received and leave the rooms collected, especially those with kitchens, upon departure.

Take care on the rules of coexistence, as in any residence or community, in relation to noise, annoyances or lack of respect for neighbors. Any infraction of this will be reported to the police, requesting the eviction and payment of the total amount of the booking.

Smoking is prohibited in any inside area.

The change of place of the existing furniture is not allowed.

The use of any bedding or bath linen for purposes other than those strictly established for its use is not allowed. Do not use the white towels to clean makeup, carmine, shoe cream, etc ... since if this is the case, the damaged clothes will be charged to the client, as cleaning is practically impossible.

Pets are allowed under requests. If your stay is just for one night there is a extra charge of 10 €/pet.

Parties or weddings are not allowed.

Excluded Responsibilities:

The cuts of electricity, water or gas supplies.

The breakage of electrical equipment or any other element that is part of the accommodation must be reported immediately to the owner to make the corresponding notice to the appropriate Technical Service. Failure to assist by this technical service will not be a reason for any compensation.

The works that the City Council or other companies outside the Country House may carry out in the area and that may affect the normal development of the guests's stay.

Any type of major, natural or similar cause that prevents the enjoyment of the facilities of the Country House.

Cancellation Policy

In Full Rental accommodations (La Yaya and La Paula):
Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. Guests will have to pay 50% of the total price if cancelation is during the 30 days before to the arrival date.

In the rest of accommodations (Suites, Apartments and Penthouse Apartment):

Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. Guests will have to pay 50% of the total price if cancelation is during the 7 days before to the arrival date.

No shows have to pay the total amount of the reservation.
