Términos y condiciones

These are the terms and conditions that apply when you reserve a room at a Hotel Tia located in UK using one of our digital channels (such as our website, mobile site or app). We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and you should therefore check them each time you make a reservation. The terms and conditions applying to your reservation will be those in place on the date that you make your reservation.

Hotel Tia will not be responsible for any loss or damage of property left in Guest’s room and/or the Hotel property at all times. Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injury and money/valuable belongings.

The Hotel accepts no responsibility for the death, bodily injury or disease arising from any cause whatsoever to: a) Persons visiting the Hotel and/or the allocated rooms on behalf of, at the invitation of, or at the request of the Client, whether such death injury or disease occurs within the allocated rooms or in any other part of the Hotel.
b) Person employed by the Client during the period of hire, whether such death, injury or disease occurs within the allocated rooms or in any part of the Hotel. Except for legal liability arising due to negligence of the Hotel, its employees, servants, representatives or agents.

As our guest you must not:

- Smoke anywhere inside any Hotel Tia premises. This includes the smoking of e-cigarettes.
Permitted smoking areas will be identified on site. Smoking on Hotel Tia premises outside of the
designated smoking area will result in a £100 fine;
- Bring any pets onto Hotel Tia premises, with the exception of assistance dogs;
- Bring any potentially dangerous or hazardous materials, equipment or electrical appliances onto
Hotel Tia premises;
- Use any electrical appliances that may set off the fire alarm system, such as toasters, mini
cookers or portable grills;
- Tamper with any fire alarms or emergency equipment;
- Remove, damage or destroy any Hotel Tia property;
- Use any of the technology provided by Hotel Tia to download or access any unlawful or
obscene material; or
- Cause unreasonable disturbance to our other guests or any Hotel Tia staff.

If you or your group cause damage or loss of any kind to the hotel, other guests or their property, you (as the person making the booking) will be responsible for that damage or loss and you shall be liable to pay to Hotel Tia on demand the amount required to make good or remedy such damage or loss.

Política de pago

Hotel Tia adopts dynamic pricing and the price of our rooms fluctuates based on demand. When you make a reservation request, we'll give you a total price for the rooms and number of nights you've requested. The price you pay is the price quoted to you at the time you make your reservation.

All rooms must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card.
Large group bookings must pay a £500 security bond on arrival.

Política de cancelación

Cancellation on single bookings is 48 hours with out charge. Failure to do so and your card will be charged for the first night
For the non refundable bookings are no cancellation or changes possible. In case of a cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

Group bookings must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival without charge.
