Termini e condizioni
Check in & Departure: Check-in is from 15:00 onwards. There is always a member of staff on site, please phone if you are going to arrive after 21:00 so a member of staff can show you in. Check-out is by 10:30 on the day of your depature.
Dogs: We are a dog-friendly accommodation provider and ask for a £5 fee per dog for the stay. Please let us know if you intend brining your dogs. The person named on the booking will be responsible for any costs of repair or replacement as a result of damage caused by dogs. No bitches in season.
Towels and bedding: bedding and towels are provided for our bed and breakfast rooms and just bedding is provided for dormirory rooms.
Lost Property: Please note that there is a minimum £5.00 charge to post any items left at the property following your departure. We accept no responsibility for items left after your departure.

We operate a 72 hour cancellation policy. Should a booking be cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date, an amount equal to the first nights stay will be charged.
