Island View Motel
We are a family owned and operated business looking to offer affordable family vacation with an owner/manager living on-site. We are located across the street from the beach, approximately a 2 minute walk, and we are 1 mile from the Pier and Amusement park, just a 15 minute walk. Each room has 1 assigned parking space, and we ask that you please limit to one vehicle per room. Our property tends to have families, couples, and older adults, as our minimum check in age is 25 years old, and is generally quiet by 10:00PM.

The Motel cottage has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has one twin bed and one full size bed. A futon which sleeps two is located in the living room. There are two bathrooms, each with stand up showers. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, stove, table and chairs, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Dishes, silverware, pots and pans are provided. The cottage is equipped with air conditioning, heat, cable tv, WiFi, and daily maid service (seasonal).

Full payment is due at time of check-in. We do not refund for early departures under any circumstances. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking of any smoking material and a cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if you smoke in the room. Minimum check-in age is 25. Sorry, we love pets as much as you do but we do not allow pets. Room rates are based upon two persons in the room. Extra person charge is $20 per night, 16 years and older. Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 10:00 AM. If rooms are damaged or left extremely dirty during a stay, guests will be charged the amount it costs to replace damaged item + 50/hr. labor fees to return room to its original state. This includes missing/damaged remotes, bedding, towels, windows, TVs, window screens, appliances, fixtures, furniture, doors, lights, mirrors, etc. A $25 lost key charge will be assessed to the credit card on file if room key isn’t returned at check-out. Credit card payments will incur a 3% Credit card processing fee due to the increasing costs by our provider. You may pay with cash upon arrival and your room payment and process fee will be refunded. Thanks for your acceptance and understanding.

Bookings made by telephone or on our website will be charged a deposit equal to the first night rate plus tax. Bookings made through online travel sites will be charged a deposit that is specified by the respective sites.
All credit/debit cards have a 3% credit card fee. Cash payments are accepted. but you must have credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds require 14 days advance notice and are subject to a $25 processing fee. (Guest Rooms). Cottage and stays of 5 nights or more require 30 days advance notice and are subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds thereafter. There are no refunds or credits for early departures or partial cancellations, regardless
No-Shows apply to any or all guests who have a reservation at the Island View Motel, who do not appear on the reservation date of arrival, and who do not provide a proper cancellation notification. No-Shows will be charged for the entirety of their stay.
