--No drunkenness
--No loud music after 10 pm
--No glass around Firepit, Playground area and Swimming pool. ( Plastic acceptable in these areas )
--Refrigerators are pre-set, please do not adjust.
--Management retains the right to have unruly guests or clients removed from the property.
--Damage Charges
Your credit card information will be kept on file during the term of your stay for use as a "security/damage deposit" to ensure compliance with the terms of the Rental Agreement. If, after inspection, it is determined that the condition of the unit is beyond normal wear and tear, or contents are missing from the unit, Tenant agrees to accept all liability and understands that these costs will be charged to the Tenant's credit card, to include any applicable administrative fee. Please report any problems or damage to your unit on the day of check-in. If not reported, we must assume the damages occurred during your occupancy.

Payment Policy

30% Deposit is required upon booking your reservation.
Remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival date.
Payment can be made by VISA or MasterCard. It can also be made by cheque if reservation is made at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

Should guest need to change or cancel their reservation with us, please quote your name and/or Confirmation Number.
Should guest need to cancel, they will be charged 20% of total price if they cancel
48 hours after reservation, and the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. In this circumstances, we will do our very best to fill all or part of your cancelled reservation with a new booking. In that case, we will refund 80% of all rental collected up to arrival day.
