Some important information about your stay:
If you would like to dine with us at Mallard Cottage during your stay, we highly recommend making reservations early. Visit http://mallardcottage.ca/reservations.html to book, or contact the restaurant directly.
Check in is 3:00pm, check out is 11:00am
If you are arriving after 9:00pm, kindly inform us ahead of time, so we can make arrangements to meet you
The Inn by Mallard Cottage is a non-smoking and pet free facility. Failure to comply with our policies could result in a $500 cleaning/replacement fee.
Guests must be 19+ years old to book, and must present a valid ID at time of check in.
Please note there is a $20 charge for replacement of lost or unreturned keys
To ensure the comfort and satisfaction of all our guests and neighbours, we abide by the City of St. John's 11pm noise restriction. Excessive noise and/or additional guests in rooms after 11pm could result in additional charges of $300 and potential eviction.
By proceeding through the booking process you are giving The Inn by Mallard Cottage authorization to charge credit card on file for any outstanding charges associated with your stay i.e. room charges, property damage, items missing from room etc.
Failure to comply with the above policies could result in additional cleaning/replacement charges and/or eviction
Payment Policy
If you would like to take something from your creatively appointed room as a souvenir, please feel free! You can purchase selected items directly from your room, just by taking them with you. We will charge your credit card after you check out, along with any outstanding extra charges.
A deposit of the first night stay will be taken at time of booking

Cancellation Policy
The Inn by Mallard Cottage abides by a 72 hour cancellation policy
No-shows or Cancellations made within the 72 hour time period will be charged in full for the first nights stay
