• SMOKING IN THE ROOM, PENALTY OF $ 100 USD.
•The use of facilities will be exclusively for hotel guests, if our guests have a special visit and want to use the facilities will be charged with an extra fee of 25 USD
• If you want to enter the room before 3:00 p.m., a charge of $ 300 pesos will be charged for access as long as the room is available.
• Our departure time is at 12:00 pm, a fee will be added after this time if you extend your stay in the room, the charge is $ 200. pesos, after 13:00 hrs, the charge will be one more day of stay.
• In the event that the guest, for reasons beyond the control of the Hotel, call off their stay prior to the stipulated time, no amount that may be considered a balance in favor of the Client will be reimbursed.
• After 22: 00hrs guests should minimize noise.
• The hotel is not responsible for cash, jewelry or other securities not deposited in the safe.
• Guests must show a valid identity document and a credit card upon check-in.
• The shuttle service is free from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. after that time the charge is $ 250 pesos.
