RULES
Check-in at 3.00 pm - Check-out is 12.00 pm.
Present a valid passport and the credit card used in the reservation or to be used.
For modification, change or cancellation the rules of the cancellation policy will apply.
The sale price is in USD, the price in another currency may be different at the time of payment.
The pool hours are from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, children under 12 years old cannot stay alone in the pool.
The hotel car park IS NOT UNGUARDED and the hotel is not responsible for damage or theft.
Animals are not allowed.
This is a non-smoking hotel, inside the rooms. In case of smoking in the room, cleaning will be paid to eliminate the smell of smoke.
The client does not have any option to access their room to people of both sexes, not staying at the hotel, except with the express consent of the higher administration.
In the event of staining and / or breaking all the room textiles (sheets, towels, curtains, etc.), the corresponding costs will be paid.
If the remote controls delivered are lost or broken, the corresponding costs will be paid
If you lose / or break the key of the room given in delivery you will pay the corresponding expense.
The client can leave only personal effects in the room, the HOTEL is not responsible for losses of cash or valuables left in the rooms and / or in the safe.

PAYMENT: We only accept Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards.
Payments by credit card include a 5% commission on the total reservation.
You pre-authorize your credit card and monitor your check in.
You can choose to pay in cash with USD or Mexican pesos or by credit / debit card with 5% commission.

COVID-19
I hereby declare, under my own responsibility, that I have been informed about the protection and health prevention measures contained in the “Guide of Actions for the Tourist Sector” which include: correct and frequent hand washing, avoid touching your face, do not approach other people for more than 1.5 meters, cover with your elbow when sneezing, don´t shake hands or kisses or hugs.
Likewise, I declare under my own responsibility, not having any symptoms such as cough, fever, headache, sore throat, runny nose or red eyes.
I was informed about the program “Guess Assist” free mobile app to inform myself about the sanitary prevention protocol.

I authorize the Posada 06 Tulum hotel to collect, store and keep my personal information during the check-in process and during my stay in this establishment, as an essential requirement for the optimal provision of accommodation services. By signing this document, I certify that I have read, understood and accepted the rules of the establishment and I give my consent for the processing and transfer of my personal data.

Payment Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Flexible - 14 days:
The client can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. The client pays the full amount of the reservation if he cancels within 14 days before arrival. The client pays the total amount of the reservation 14 days before arrival.
No pets

Promotional - No refund:
Cancellation is not allowed. A deposit for the full amount may be charged on the booking confirmation. The total amount of the stay will be charged for no-shows and early departures.

After the first night a customer does not arrive, it is a NO SHOW reservation and the room is free to sell, if a customer arrives a day later or more, the reservation is no longer active.

Payment by credit card is in Mexican peso at the exchange rate in use at the hotel.

Customers who rent a room at Hotel Posada 06, accept and agree to comply with all the terms and regulations set forth in this document and agree to be reimbursed in accordance with the clauses.
