Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund policies
Your reservation will require a deposit equal to one night stay. Once your deposit has been processed, refunds in the event of cancellation of your reservation will be granted according to the following:
During peak periods including:
• Christmas - New Years period ( Dec 24th to Jan 1st)
• Thanksgiving Weekend, (including 4th Thurdsay of November)
• Holy/Easter week
• During the entire month of February
If we are advised of your cancellation more than 21 days prior to your arrival, your 1-night deposit will be refundable, less a 15% administrative fee for processing.
If you advise us of your cancellation less than 21 days prior to your arrival during these peak periods, no refunds will be granted for your 1-night deposit.
During High Season (December 15 until after Easter week):All dates except those peak periods noted above
If we are advised of your cancellation more than 14 days prior to your arrival, your 1-night deposit will be refundable, less a 15% administrative fee for processing.
If you advise us of your cancellation less than 14 days prior to your arrival during this period, no refunds will be granted for your 1-night deposit.
During Low Season (beginning after Easter until December 15)
If we are advised of your cancellation more than 7 days prior to your arrival, your 1-night deposit will be refundable, less a 15% administrative fee for processing.
If you advise us of your cancellation less than 7 days prior to your arrival during this period, no refunds will be granted for your 1-night deposit.
