Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: The departure time of the room is at 12:00 pm. A fee of $ 200 pesos per additional hour will be charged. If you require a grace period for your check-out, we suggest you notify front desk in advance to be authorized.
Smoke. It is forbidden to smoke inside the room. Will be penalized with $500.00 pesos for deep cleaning.
Parking lot. The Hotel has parking and valet parking service. The parking lot is located approximately 4 blocks from the hotel. To give you a better service, we would appreciate you to call us 10 minutes before your arrival at the hotel.
Occupancy. The hotel does not handle additional beds. The room is based on one bed with double occupancy.
When booking through the website the system will automatically assign the next available room, the photographs do not necessarily correspond to the assigned room.
Pets are not allowed
It is the responsibility of the guest to read and abide by the Hotel's regulations that are found within each room.
When making the reservation, you confirm that you know and accept our policies.
Payment Policy
The hotel will make a retention of funds for the total of the stay 7 days before your arrival date to guarantee your reservation. It is not the collection and it is cancelable, upon your arrival you choose the payment method. You have been asked for the information on your CREDIT card as a guarantee, in case you have guaranteed with debit card we ask you to contact the hotel, otherwise the cardholder will be responsible for any clarification with your bank.
In case we can not make the retention or verification of your credit card we will contact you to provide another method of guarantee before noon, after this time, and if there is no guarantee, the hotel will cancel your reservation.
Non-refundable rate: The hotel will charge the total amount of your stay to the credit card granted as guarantee.
The taxes applicable in the rates are 16% VAT plus 2% ISH.
Visa, Master Card and American Express are accepted (it is possible that in some cases a 4% commission is charged when paying with AMEX card)
Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be canceled or modified 5 days before your arrival date with no charge; this does not apply to non-refundable rates
and in "pay now and save" rate plans.
If you cancel out of time, the hotel will proceed to the charge of the first night for reservations that belong to weekdays (Sunday to Thursday). The entire stay will be charged on reservations for weekend (Friday and Saturday) and high seasons (bridges, Easter, national holidays and end of the year).
In case of no-show on the date of your reservation without prior notice, there will be a charge for NO SHOW of the total reserved stay.
In case of early departures the total of the reserved nights will be charged.
