- The rates in all types of rooms are net, non-commissionable, per night, per room, in single occupancy or double rate includes taxes.
- Any additional person will be charged to the guest's account according to authorized rates. (US $ 20.00 per additional person)
- The charge for additional person includes lodging (sleeping the third person in one of the existing beds, no bed is added).
- Pets are not allowed, nor firearms to the facilities.

Payment Policy
Most credit cards are accepted. Debit cards are not accepted. If a Client uses a credit card to guarantee a reservation, this will be an authorization for the total value of the stay.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the high level of occupancy, cancellations and / or modifications to confirmed arrival / departure dates are not accepted. If a guaranteed reservation is not registered on the confirmed date or is withdrawn earlier, the total value of the stay will be charged according to the original reservation. All reservations must be guaranteed at the time the space is confirmed (prepayment for the total value of the stay, credit card number or bank transfer which must be previously confirmed by the bank and the process may take 10 business days.)
