Terms and Conditions
• Guests must show a valid photo ID and credit card during check-in.
• Check out time is at 11am. Check in time is 3:00 pm. Late check-out is available subject to a fee and availability.
• Children under 6 years old can stay free.
• Pets are allowed with a fee of $ 10 per each pet, per night., depending on size and need to be with leash at all times and cannot be left in the room alone. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if there are problems.
*No smoking on the premises or in the rooms. This is a law in Costa Rica.
• The hotel private parking is limited to 4 spaces and must be reserved for handicap. The charge is $ 10.00 per night.
If you do not obtain a space within the hotel parking lot, we will provide you a voucher for the public parking located in front of the hotel and across the street in the square.
Vehicles in front of the hotel and in the hotel's private parking area are watched by our night security guard.
*The hotel is not responsible for damaged or theft.
• Do not park where there is yellow paint. You will be charged by $ 100 by the Municipality. (Costa Rica Governament)
• It is forbidden drive on the beaches.
• Use of the pool is from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. All children must be supervised by a responsible adult, there are no lifeguards. It is not allowed to consume drinks or food inside the pool. No glass items are allowed in the pool or in the pool area
• From 7:00am to 8:30a.m. a simple courtesy breakfast is served. It is designed to help you start your day but not like a breakfast in a restaurant or an all-you- can-eat buffet. If you need more food we recommend the local sodas next to the hotel.
*No unpaid guests are allowed at the pool or in the hotel rooms.
*If your activities are disruptive to others you will be asked to stop.
• We require your personal information, signature acknowledging you understand these conditions, and full payment to complete your hotel registration and receive a key to enter the room. It will not be given to any outside entity.

Norme di pagamento

In good faith, you are reserving the above room(s) for a total transaction amount based on the rates posted here and the number of nights you plan to stay as show above.

• 13 % Tax is excluded from rates shown above.

• A 50% deposit may be required when you make the reservation and the other 50% one month before from the arrival date. We will contact you immediately following your reservation.

• Your card will not be charged in advance of your reservation without your permission. If you have not provided your real contact information or credit card details above, such that we cannot process the reservation, we may choose not to place it.

Norme di cancellazione

• If you do not honor the reservation or cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, we will charge the full price for all nights in the room you have chosen above to your card in absentia. Time quoted is from the hotel’s time zone (CST).
