This apartment is located in a colonial mansion that offers a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of Cusco’s streets. It is just a short walk from Cusco’s Plaza de Armas. The apartment includes a sunroom off the master bedroom as well as a rooftop deck with views of the surrounding city and mountains. It is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or for an afternoon sunset.
The apartment is equipped with a kitchen so you can prepare your meals at home or simply enjoy morning coffee before heading out for your day of site seeing. With restaurants in close proximity, you have a choice of eating in or enjoying one of the many culinary delights Cusco offers.

CREDIT CARD & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS
To guarantee your reservation, we require a valid credit card number. No charge will be made to your credit card unless you are booking a non-refundable rate or cancel less than 15 days prior to your arrival.
For NON-REFUNDABLE rates your card is charged at the time of booking.
For all other rate codes, If you cancel less than 15 days prior to arrival you will be charged one night stay. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance you are responsible for your entire stay. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY FULL AMOUNT OF STAY.
We accept American Dollars, Peruvian soles, MASTERCARD and VISA only. When we receive your reservation request and have confirmed room availability, a confirmation number will be provided via email. Please provide the following to confirm and hold your reservations.
- Credit card number
- Name on credit card/ FIRST AND LAST
- Expiration date MONTH AND YEAR
- CVS code (this is the 3 digit code on the back)
- Billing address of credit card holder
At time of payment, if your credit card is declined we require payment in cash. NO EXCEPTIONS.
GROUP PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The following policy applies to groups reserving blocks of (2) two or more rooms.
- A 50% deposit (“Deposit”) is required at time of reservation.
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
- Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
- Full payment is non-refundable if cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival.
- No credit for late arrivals, early departures, or no shows. FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED FOR NO SHOWS
LONG TERM STAYS
For reservations of 5 days or more we require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after 30 days forfeit deposit. We apologize as we understand that plans do change, however, we are a small establishment and it is difficult for us to fill rooms when they have been reserved for long periods of time.
ROOM PHOTOS
We have done our best to represent our hotel and the rooms that we have available. However, we do not have photos for every room that is listed. Our standard double rooms vary in size and decor, therefore be aware when booking that your room may look slightly different than the room pictured. We will soon have a photo of every available room to help make your decision easier.

Cancellations require a 10 day advance notice. If you do not cancel within 10 days of your arrival you will incur a one night stay charge. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival receive no refund and your credit card will be charged the entire stay. FOR NOW SHOWS YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE ENTIRE STAY.
