Conditions générales

By making a Booking the Customer agrees to comply with these Conditions.
 
IMPORTANT
Hostel Sóller - Cas Ses Madrines is a Youth Hostel for young people. Guests over the age of 30 must be in possession of a valid hostelling card from the Hostelling International Association (REAJ or HI). If you do not have it, we can provide it in our establishment, in any of its modalities and valid for one year: Youth (<30) € 5, Adults (> 30) € 10, groups (more than 10 people) € 16 or family (€ 18).

RULES
1. A valid photo identification, Driver License, Passport or National ID Card is required at check-in.
2. Please take care of the house and the facilities, they are made with love and it is up to you to keep it like this. Hostel Sóller follows the philosophy of sharing, make it yours.
3. Respect other guests! Please conduct yourself in a responsible and reasonable manner and ensure your friends do so as well. No one must act in any way which may disturb other guests. All common areas will be closed at 23:00 to ensure peace of night time to everyone. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in guests being asked to leave the establishment in which event all Charges and Additional Charges shall become immediately payable by the Guest.
4. Smoking is not permitted inside the building and only in the designated smoking areas.
5. Hostel Sóller is not responsible or liable for any missing objects
6. The Customer will be responsible for any loss or damage caused at the Hostel by Guests or visitor of the Guest. The Guest may be liable for Hostel Sóller’s reasonable cost of repairing, cleaning or replacing any property which is damaged, soiled or lost by a Guest.
7. No animals are allowed.
8. Hostel Sóller does not accept bookings made by those under the age of 16. Under 18’s cannot stay in any shared rooms, however they can stay in private rooms when accompanied by an adult over 18 years. If you’re between 16-18 and want to stay in a private room, you’ll need written consent from your parent or guardian.
9. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in automatic Cancellation with no refund given.

Children policy

Free baby cot. Children up to 4 years free, if they sleep in their parents' bed. From the age of 4 and up to 10, a 20% discount, direct reservation only.

Conditions de paiement

Standard Rates, reservations do not require advance payment. Cancellation charges will be made to the holder of the credit card presented. The establishment reserves the right to verify the credit card provided.

Non-refundable rates, the full amount will be charged in advance at any time to the credit card presented. No changes or cancellations will be allowed.

Politique d'annulation

Standard rate: Cancellations one week before the date of entry: no cost. From 7 days before the date of entry: the first night will be charged. Cancellations on the same day as the reservation or early departures: the entire reservation will be charged.

Non-refundable rates: the full amount will be charged in advance at any time to the credit card presented. No changes or cancellations will be allowed.

Group reservations (from 10 pax): in case of no-show or cancellation of the group (in part or in full), within 14 days prior to the date of entry, the first night will be charged. Cancellations 2 days before (part or all of the group): the entire reservation will be charged.

Group reservations (from 20 pax): 100% refund of the payment made in advance as long as the cancellation is requested two months before the arrival date. Refund of 50% of the payment made in advance as long as the cancellation is requested one month before the arrival date.
