The “Hostal Moscatel” is found in the heart of the “costa del sol”, the old and picturesque town of fishermen called “Pedregalejo”. Currently, this tranquil town is one of the typical places to visit in our city, already offering a wide variety of services and comforts as much for the tourists that come to visit our city as for those who are passing through.
Once here you will not have to use a car, walking to the beach in 5 minutes, having a wide variety of typical Malagan food, easy parking in the area, a bus service (approximately a 15 minute journey to the centre of town), there is also direct access to the highway.
A typical building of Andalusian style, consisting of 10 rooms, all equipped with air-conditioning, flat screen TVs, private ensuite bathrooms, free Wifi, central heating and a café where you can eat breakfast.

Terms & Conditions
Existe un Reglamento de Regimen Interior, situado en la cartelera de la recepción.
Es obligatorio el registro de todos los huespedes que se alojen, igualmente está completamente prohibido que se registren menores de edad solos, en este caso la reservación se cobrará tal como se haya contratado.
Esta prohibido fumar en las habitaciones, puede hacerlo en la terraza delantera que esta preparado para ello.
Condiciones referentes a niños y camas supletorias.
•Pueden alojarse niños de todas las edades acompañados de sus tutores legales.
•1 menor de 2 a 5 años se puede alojar gratis en las camas existentes.
•Mayor a 5 años se considerara adulto y será obligatorio una cama supletoria con su suplemento sobre el precio.
•Número máximo de camas supletorias en la habitación: 1.
Las camas supletorias son bajo disponibilidad y debe ser confirmada por el establecimiento.
Internet
•Hay conexión a internet Wi-Fi disponible en todo el establecimiento. Gratis.
Parking
*No hay parking. Es una zona residencial por lo que se puede aparcar con cierta facilidad en la calle principal frente al hostal o en las zonas cercanas. Hay que tener en cuenta que al ser una zona de playa, en las épocas vacacionales puede ser un poca mas difícil.
Mascotas
*No se admiten.
Check In.
•El horario del check in es desde las 14 horas hasta las 17 horas, en caso de tener previsto su hora de llegada después de las 17 horas, deberá ponerse en contacto con el establecimiento vía e-mail y se facilitara una forma de acceso. En el caso de que su llegada sea tarde, se le cargará la primera noche de hotel a la tarjeta de crédito. Es indispensable que al día siguiente a partir de las 9 de la mañana pase usted a registrarse y a configurar su tarjeta de habitación para el resto de días. En caso de que la tarjeta de crédito no sea valida, no se suministrará los datos hasta tener una válida.
Desayuno.
•El horario de desayuno es de las 9 de la mañana hasta las 11:30 horas.
Sobre las tarjetas de crédito.
•Es obligatorio e indispensable que el titular de la tarjeta de crédito con la cual se efectúa el pago, la presente en el establecimiento. El titular de la tarjeta bancaria debe ser el titular de la reservación. El caso de llegada fuera de Horario se efectuará el cargo de la primera noche de alojamiento a la tarjeta bancaria facilitada.
Las tarifas especiales de un mínimo de noches, es especial para usted por el número de noches contratadas en esta reservación, en caso de incumplimiento de las noches contratadas, el establecimiento aplicará el cobro de las noches consumidas a “tarifa sin descuento" ” correspondiente. Precios disponibles en recepción.
El establecimiento se reserva el derecho de comprobar la tarjeta bancaria facilitada con cargo y abono de la primera noche de alojamiento. En caso de que la tarjeta no sea válida la reservación queda anulada automáticamente sin previo aviso. El número de tarjeta de bancaria facilitada para esta reservación sirve como garantía tanto para la aplicación de las políticas de cancelación como para desperfectos en la habitación y/o cargos por gastos de desodorización (30 euros) por incumplimiento de la ley antitabaco (Ley 28/2005 y modificada 42/2010). La firma de esta reserva implica la aceptación de las condiciones del uso de la tarjeta bancaria facilitada. Si hace la reservación por teléfono y/o email, le será enviada por correo electrónico facilitada por usted esta reservación, en caso de no recibir su “no aceptación” de las políticas de utilización de tarjeta bancaria se entienden aceptadas. La no aceptación de las políticas de cancelación y/o utilización de la tarjeta bancaria tal como queda especificada implica la anulación de la reservación.
Payment Policy
Condiciones sobre depósitos.
En caso de las reservaciones Estándar:
•Se cargará el importe total 2 dias antes del día de llegada.
En Caso de la reservaciones “No Reembolsable”:
•Se cargará el importe total en el momento de realizar la reservación. En caso de que la tarjeta de crédito no sea válida esta quedará anulada y no se garantiza la disponibilidad.
* La tarjeta Bancaria facilitada como garantía de la reservación será usada por el establecimiento en caso de desperfecto o el incumplimiento de la Ley anti Tabaco.
*Es obligatorio e indispensable para realizar la entrada en nuestro alojamiento presentar la tarjeta bancaria facilitada para el pago en su reservación y ser el titular de la misma, de lo contrario no podrá acceder al establecimiento si no aporta otro tipo de medio pago.
Políticas de Cancelación.
• Si cancelas o modificas la reserva hasta 2 día antes de las 12 am, de la fecha de llegada, el establecimiento no efectuará cargos.
Las modificaciones están sujetas a cambio de tarifas o restricciones de estancias mínimas.
• Si cancelas la reserva fuera de plazo, el establecimiento cargará el 100% de la estancia.
• Si no te presentas el día del check in , el establecimiento cargará la estancia completa y quedará anulada.
•Las modificaciones quedarán sujetas a disponibilidad y estancias mínimas.
Para solicitar modificación o cancelación dentro del plazo establecido deberá enviar un mail a info@hostalmoscatel.es dentro del horario de recepción, de lo contrario se procesara como recibido el siguiente.
En caso de llegada fuera de horario deberá enviar un mail a la direccion anteriormente indicada para notificarlo y recibirá instrucciones de acceso por escrito. El cargo adicional por utilizar el numero de asistencia para entrar sin haberlo notificado es de 20 euros.
Cancellation Policy
