This is a small, family-run business that contributes to other small businesses in the Pawhuska community. We are not a chain hotel or a luxury hotel but a VINTAGE, MUSEUM property thus offer more affordable rates and simple amenities as is common in other rural locations around the USA near tourist attractions. Please note all times listed are CENTRAL STANDARD TIME (GMT -5)

Staff: Staff are on-call for services 24 hours a day and live on-site. There are NO PHONE RESERVATIONS at this time as the movie is using our office space.

Reservations: ONLY ONLINE www.historicwhiting.com - click "BOOK NOW" - if rooms can't be booked they are FULL or closed.

Please respect we are still in the middle of a "Force Majeure Event" and thusly our refund policies are here to protect us from the loss of our business. Please remember that every dollar counts. We are happy to reschedule you for a later date at no extra charge or give you a voucher for a free hotel stay in 2021.

Payment Policy

All guests are charged on the day of arrival or the day after arrival. Please provide correct VALID credit card information when making reservations or your room will be given away.

Pet fees of 100$ will be charged retroactively if not paid previously and pets are present.

Expedia and Booking.com Guests:

Please use their websites to initiate cancellations or if you think you qualify for a Covid-19 related cancellation outside of our normal cancellation policy window.

Customer Service:

Booking.com and Expedia.com guests need to contact these sites and use their accounts to cancel or request refunds. Please contact us via phone if you are on-site or in-transit to the hotel instead of using their sites if you want fast service.

Regular customers (www.historicwhiting.com) please call us AND email us historicwhiting@gmail.com the details of your issues and we will solve them according to the listed policies on refunds and cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Guests must cancel 7 days or more in advance of your reservation via the website used for booking the reservation. Guests are be responsible for payment in FULL for cancellations AFTER the 7 day cut off.

A cancellation fee of $25.00 for cancellations BEFORE 7 day cut off. Max occupancy for suites with 1 queen is (3), 1 king (3), 2 full (5) people, a $10 charge will be added when occupancy goes over per additional person, (2) included with each suite type.

Expedia and Booking.com Guests:

Please use their websites to initiate cancellations or if you think you qualify for a Covid-19 related cancellation outside of our normal cancellation policy window.

Covid-19 and Event Cancellations:

Please ask us for a rescheduling or voucher, before a full refund. Our lives depend on the income from this property and we hope others can respect this.

Events outside the hotel that are cancelled due to Covid-19 concerns or state/federal actions do not cause guests to be immediately eligible for full refunds. Please watch your event announcements carefully as many usual local events have been cancelled and call ahead to the PW mercantile if you plan to attend tours to confirm events are going as listed.
