This is a large 1 bedroom suite with the only private balcony overlooking the famous Austin Street in historical Jefferson Texas.

This suite has a living area furnished with upscale furniture with electric foot rest, a large flat screen T.V., a corner desk, high speed Wifi, a fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

The bedroom has one antique queen bed and large closet. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with separate shower.

Conditions générales

*Rooms are available at the Historic Kahn Saloon by reservation and/or on a first come-first served basis in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. Kahn Hotel has a coffee shop downstairs available to guest. There is no restaurant on-site and no breakfast or other meals are available on-site.

*Kahn Saloon or its owners, operators, employees or otherwise shall not be responsible for guest safety or property, including theft. All reasonable security measures have been taken and all accommodations are at the renters risk.

* No on-site security or special security measures are provided. Rooms are accessible through the downstairs front door by way of a key coded provided to guest.

*Unless prior notice of late arrival is given, all arrivals must be before 9:00PM (CST) to avoid losing room and to avoid a 1 night room and tax penalty.
Failure to show for a reservation will result in a 1 night room and tax penalty.

*Must be 21 years of age to rent a room.

*No Refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.

Conditions de paiement

* An automatic $75 deposit is due when reservation is made.

*Valid credit card information must be provided at the time of booking.

*Credit card must be in the name of the guest who is checking in.

*The balance due for room rental and other expenses incurred while renting, must be paid in full before departure.

Politique d'annulation

* All reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to 2pm on scheduled arrival date to receive refund for deposits or advance payments. Failure to cancel at least 48 hours prior to 2pm on the scheduled arrival date will be charged 1 night room and tax penalty. Failure to cancel prior to scheduled check-in time will be charged the reservation balance in full.

* Reservations for event weekends must be canceled 1 week in advance to avoid a 1 night room and tax penalty.
