-Check in: 15:30 - 22:00
-Check out: 09:00 - 11:30
-Children of any age are welcome.
-To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.
-Smoking is not allowed.
-Pets are not allowed.

Minimum stays:
Herdade das Barradas da Serra reserves the right to set minimum stays on its reservation platform, any exception being subject to consultation.

Payment Policy

Your stay will only be confirmed after the payment of a 50% deposit on the total of your reservation. If this amount is not guaranteed before the 7 day free cancellation period, the rooms will be re-opened for reservations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Conditions:

Cancellations up to 7 days in advance - Free cancellation.
Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in date - 50% of total amount of stay will be charged
Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance - you will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

Reservations of 3 or more rooms:
Cancellations up to 14 days in advance - Free cancellation
Cancellations less than 14 days before the check-in date - 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Cancellations made less than 4 days before the check-in date - You will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

Reservation changes:
Changes to reservation dates: can be made at no additional cost, upon availability
Reduction of nights of stay: the same conditions as for cancellation apply. -- If a reservation is reduced outside the limits of the free cancellation, 50% of the total amount of nights cancelled will be charged.
