Hale ‘Ohu Bed & Breakfast

Conditions générales

Check-in and Check-Out Information:
• Hale ‘Ohu is a small, family-run bed & breakfast. Our office is open 8 to 11 a.m. and 3 to 6 p.m. to assist you.
• Check-in is from 3 to 6 p.m. For a personal check-in, please arrive between these times.
• The Office/Reception area is located at the main house (75 feet from the parking area) and closes promptly at 6 p.m.
• Arrivals after 6 p.m.: Self-check-in information will be posted on the door to the room you reserved. If you are not sure of the room name, please email reservations@haleohu.com or call us at +1.808.731.5243 before 6 p.m.
• Our three B&B rooms are located in the green building next to the parking lot.
• Check-out is 11 a.m.

B&B Policies:
• Each room is limited to two adults only. We cannot accommodate additional occupants including children. Children under 18 years of age are not allowed at this adults-only property.
• The room has one queen bed. Cots or rollaway beds are not available.
• We are a non-smoking property. Smoking (of any kind) is not allowed in the room, on the patio or in the garden area. This policy is enforced, so that we can provide a smoke-free environment to all guests.
• As a small destination property, cancellation policies are strictly enforced. Be sure to review your confirmation for the cancellation policy you agreed to at the time of booking.
• Rates are based on double occupancy; 17.96% sales and accommodations taxes (tax rate effective as of Jan. 1, 2022) not included.

Breakfast:
• A tropical in-room continental breakfast is included in the room rate and is placed in your room’s refrigerator, so that you can enjoy at your leisure the next morning.

COVID-19 Information:
• Your hosts, Gabrielle and Nicole, are fully vaccinated and are the only people who access the rooms.
• Visit the State of Hawaii COVID-19 website at https://hawaiicovid19.com/travel for information about the pre-travel testing program and vaccination exemptions to avoid the mandatory 10-day quarantine.

Conditions de paiement

For reservations booked directly with Hale 'Ohu :
• No deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The full reservation amount will be processed seven (7) days before arrival with the credit card provided when booked. This payment is non-refundable.

Reservations made via a third party online travel agency such as Expedia or Booking.com, please refer to the deposit/pre-payment policy outlined on those sites.

Politique d'annulation

For reservations booked directly with Hale 'Ohu:
• Cancellations received eight (8) days or more before arrival: 100% refund.
• Cancellations received seven (7) days or less before arrival: No refund. Total amount of reservation will be forfeited.

Reservations made via a third party online travel agency such as Expedia or Booking.com, please refer to the cancellation policy outlined on those sites.

Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment.
