If you arrive at Hacienda del Lago early in the day and wish to have immediate access to your room, we recommend that you also book the night before your arrival. Similarly, for late departures, an additional night's reservation guarantees access to your room until your departure time.
Smoke Free Hotel
Hacienda del Lago is a smoke-free establishment, so no smoking is allowed inside; However, for your convenience, we have an outdoor terrace in the pool area, in case of violating this policy you will be charged $ 300 USD to the guarantee card to your registration.
