-All pricing is quoted in Canadian currency and subject to HST
-Absolutely no smoking in the Cottages/ Bed & Breakfast Allowed and if discovered, a $75 cleaning fee will be charged and the guest will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.
- Check in time is 3pm, Check Out Time 10am.
-ALL VISITORS (not considered as part of cottage occupancy) must register at the office and pay $200/person day guest fees or $200 /person night guest fees. Under no circumstances are unregistered guests/visitors allowed at the retreat.
-Greystone personnel shall be allowed access to the rental premises at any reasonable time. In the event of any unreasonable noise, rowdiness or inappropriate behavior, the rental customer may be requested to vacate the premises immediately and forfeit the balance of the prepaid rental
-We are on a septic system and only toilet paper is to be flushed down the toilet. All other sanitary items need to be placed in the refuse bin in the garbage
-Guest assumes all responsibility for damages to the rental premises /retreat property and assumes responsibility for missing items/equipment in the rental premises understanding that the premises are inspected at check-out
-Rental Customer agrees to leave the premises, chattels, fixtures in the same state of repair as at check-in and shall leave the premises in the same general order and cleanliness in which it was found or fee of $75.00 will be imposed on the credit card used at check-in (excluding laundering of towels and linens) i.e. please clean and return all dishes to cupboards.
- Recycling is strictly enforced in Golden Lake and you must sort and put in recycling bin.
-Rental customer is responsible for supervision of guests with particular attention paid to children around water (lake/swimming pool) and using playground equipment. Children under age 12 must be supervised by an adult in the pool area at all times. A lifeguard is not present at the resort and swimming in the pool/lake is at your own risk.
-Rental customer recognizes that the resort/recreation areas including the beach, dock area, pool, boats, canoes, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, pedal boats or any other piece of equipment or activity are unsupervised and as such the Rental customer assumes all liability for self, his/her guests/family members and his/her personal property and saves Greystone on Golden Lake, its officers, directors and employees harmless in the case of accident or injury and that any right to sue has been waived.
- Pets are only allowed in certain cottages. Must contact the office before booking and subject to $100 pet fee. Pets are not allowed on any furniture and must be leashed at all times when outside the cottage.

We take a 50% deposit with the balance due upon arrival.

For Reservations through Booking.com and Expedia we require a 100% deposit at time of booking.

Stornierungsbedingungen

In the event that a cancellation of a reservation is necessary, Greystone will refund the deposit only upon re-rental of the unit for the same time period. If the unit is not re-rented, it is possible to use the prepaid deposit towards another reservation at a different time. Greystone requires a 50% deposit on all reservations at the time of booking with the balance due upon arrival.
