3% further cash discount on arrival
Breakfast is not included .
Check-in will be after 2pm, however, if you are arriving earlier, then you are more than welcome to leave your luggage at the reception if you wish. It is not a formal luggage storage (valuables such as laptops, money, passports are kept in our back office).
Check out should be completed by 11am. Again, you may wish to leave your luggage at the front desk.
If you will be checking in later than 10.30pm kindly inform us at your earliest as the reception will be closed after midnight.
Please be aware that the card details that you provided us are only to secure the booking and we do not charge it unless the stay is 4 nights or over or you have booked more than 1 room.
Your card will be Pre-Authorized a few days before arrival. Payment should be made upon arrival .
Kindly note that there is a 3% cash discount on price quoted therefore you may prefer to pay in cash upon arrival. We accept and exchange British Pounds and Euros at guaranteed best London rates.
Politique d'annulation
Please be advised that there will be no cancellation costs if cancelled 5 days prior to the date of arrival. If cancelled after, or if the guest does not show up, then you will be liable for the full fee of the total reservation.
The first night (non refundable) will only be charged on stays 4 nights and over and for bookings of more than 1 Room.
Occasionally pricing errors do occur. We do try our very best to ensure this does not occur however, in these cases the hotel owner has the right to cancel the booking.
