By proceeding with the reservation you accept the following terms and conditions:

RATES AND PAYMENTS
- The rates in the Hotel website or other channels are subject to change. The rates quoted are based in your lodging period.
- The quoted rates are in US dollars unless specified otherwise.
- The maximum number of guests per room varies according to availability; in case you wish to book triple or quadruple rooms please get in touch with us to receive information about availability and additional rates.
- The children’s discount applies to ages 3 to 12 (included). Lodging is free of charge for children 2 years old or less.
- The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or correct the rate of any booking confirmed with a rate that has been incorrectly posted.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
- The minimum age to check in is 18 years old and a valid government ID or passport will be required.
- Check in time is between 2pm and 10pm, and check out time is between 8am and 10am. In the event that you need to check in or check out outside those times please get in touch with us to check availability.
- Checking in before or checking out after the established times might cause additional charges.
- Baggage storage service is available with a previous request.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
- By confirming a booking you authorize Estancia Peuma Hue to keep and use your information for marketing or administrative purposes, and if required by governmental or similar offices. Estancia Peuma Hue agrees not to share your personal and payment information with third parties.
- By confirming a booking, you accept to join an emailing list to which the Hotel will send general information, promotions and news. You can choose to unsubscribe at any time and you will not be added again.

GENERAL RULES
- By proceeding with a booking and it being accepted by the Hotel you agree to all terms and conditions.
- The Hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room that are not included in the booking.
- Bookings are only transferrable with previous notice and agreement with the Hotel.
- The Hotel reserves all rights of admission, and reserves the right to cancel a booking if needed.
- By proceeding with a booking you accept to indemnify the hotel in case of damages or liabilities caused by the misuse of the facilities.
- By proceeding with a booking you agree that the Hotel will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your personal items during your stay.

Norme di pagamento

If you request a reservation within 60 days before the requested check in date a full payment will be required to confirm the reservation.
If you request a reservation more than 60 days in advance a deposit of 30% will be required to confirm it; and the 70% balance will be due 60 days before check in.
Accepted payment methods are: bank wire or deposit, credit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard), debit card (Argentina only).
All charges in credit and debit cards will be done in argentine pesos at official currency exchange rate (available in www.bna.com.ar).

Norme di cancellazione

Due to our Cancellation Policy we will retain:
* With more than 90 days notice prior to check in, a 5 % of the total amount
* From 60 to 89 days notice prior to check in, 30 % of the total amount
* From 31 to 59 days notice prior to check in, 50 % of the total amount
* From 30 days notice to check in, 100 % of the total amount
