CANCELLATION UNTIL 24 HRS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL FREE OF CHARGE.

Additional Children (7-12): 20 EUR
Children up to age of 6 are free of charge.

We do not take responsibility for any items and valuables stored in the room safes and in the rooms.

No advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The credit card will not be charged and serves as a security only.

Payment will be at the hotel upon checkout.

Credit card payments:
VISA, MASTER (2% surcharge)

Included in the published prices: Government taxes (VAT, NBT, TDL)

Not included in the published prices: 10% service charge.
The service charge will be charged at Elements upon checkout and is based on the final bill amount (excluding other taxes).

Politique d'annulation

Cancellations until 24 hours prior to arrival are free of charge.
Cancellation later than 24 hours prior to arrival or "no show": The first night will be charged only.

CANCELLATION BY US
Elements will notify you as quickly as possible of any cancellation. All advance payments (if any) will be reimbursed 100%.

In the event of cancellation by Elements you will be entitled to either:
have a full refund; or accept a substitute alternative from Elements of equivalent standard and price;

We assume no responsibility for any loss, theft and damage to baggage, property, valuables or for injury, illness, death, damages or claims however so caused arising directly or indirectly from war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, unavoidable technical problems with transport, machinery or equipment, delays, power failure, fire, adverse weather conditions or levels of water, accidents.

We do not take responsibility for any items and valuables stored in the room safes and in the rooms.

Where Elements is required to pay you a compensation, whether as provided in these booking terms or otherwise, the compensation shall be limited in all circumstances to a maximum of the price of your booked holiday.

PRE-BOOKED & PREPAID SPORTING ACTIVITIES, LESSONS AND RENTALS
Should if for any reasons that are beyond Elements responsibility not be possible to complete lessons, rentals and other services, Elements will not reimburse for these services in cash. Elements will depending on the situation consider to offer vouchers for these services to be used on a future occasion.
Especially kite lessons and rentals that cannot be taken due to lack of wind fall under this term.
