Located in a prime position on Eastbourne's glorious seafront, overlooking the beach and the pier, the East Beach Hotel offers relaxing accommodation for all our visitors.
The hotel offers 2 types of rooms, some beautifully refurbished to a high standard. We also offers basic rooms called 'Economy' which are realistically priced which are unrefurbished.

Guests can book in advance or on arrival. All rooms are subject to availability and the Hotel reserves the right to refuse any booking for a good reason. You can pay for your stay by cash or card, we accept Visa and MasterCard.

A credit card number is required to secure the booking, full payment will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival. Bookings can be cancelled with no charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival, any cancellations after this time will be charged the full amount and this will be non-refundable or transferable.

Advance purchase, non-refundable bookings will be charged the full amount on the day the reservation is made and this payment will be non-refundable or transferable.

Pre-Authorization of the first night's stay will be required upon check-in for the hotels security against damages.

There is no reduction for temporary absence or meals not taken during the confirmed booking period.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds.
• All children are welcome.
• All children under 1 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
• All children from 1 to 2 years are charged GBP 5 per night for children's cots and breakfast.
• All children from 3 to 12 years are charged GBP 10 per night for extra beds and breakfast.
• All children from 13 to 16 years are charged GBP 15 per night for extra beds and breakfast.
• The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1 unless it is a specific family room.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings can be cancelled with no charge up to 48 hours before the date of arrival.
• If cancelled with less than 48 hours notice then the total price of the reservation will be charged
• In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• The room is available from 2pm on the date of arrival, the 48 hours notice of cancellation would be from 2pm.
• To make a cancellation You must call us on 01323 731 398 IF this is a direct booking. If you have booked with a third party you must cancel with who you have made this booking with.
• Cancellation or early departure during your stay will not be eligible for a refund.

The Hotel recommends taking out Holiday Insurance covering cancellations and deposit refunds.
