Guest who wish to leave their luggage in custody should ask reception staff for the delivery of their respective receipt for suitcases.
Only guests who have made a reservation and check-in will be able to enter the room area.
The hotel strictly prohibited its guests and staff, smoking inside rooms. Smoking is only permitted in open spaces. In case of non-compliance with the regulations, an additional 100% of the value of the room will be charged.
The hotel requests guests a silence schedule from 23:00 to 6:00 for the rest inside facilities.
No objects (Including towels, decoration, etc) can be removed from the room without the express authorization of the staff. Otherwise it will be charged directly to the guest.
