Assignments to specific units and floor locations are not guaranteed, unless confirmed in advance. Pets considered.
Please be mindful of your fellow guests by observing Quiet Times from 10 pm to 8 am nightly. This includes amplified music, loud talking and gatherings on the beach after 10 pm.
Only the number of people reflected in the Rental Agreement are permitted to over-night at the dwelling. No open flames such as bonfires, tiki torches, or bbq's are allowed on the premises. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by Del Sol, including excessive noise, destruction of property, and any activities resulting in complaints from other guests may result in eviction and notification to the local authorities.
Del Sol Properties shall not be liable for any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense of any nature incurred by any person occupying or visiting the accommodations. This includes anything, arising out of personal injury, property loss, accident or death, loss of physical or mental enjoyment, delay or inconvenience resulting from any acts or omission by the owner of the property, or from any other party, any act of God, war, Force Majeure, virus or disease, strike, government act, or any other extenuating circumstances or cause.

DEL SOL BEACHFRONT -- Cancellations made up to 3 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
There are no fees for modifications made 3 days prior to arrival in Del Sol. Current rack rates will apply to modified reservations.
Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment.
