We provide lodging conveniently located within walking distance of the picturesque village of North Conway and are minutes from the areas many outdoor attractions. Upon arriving, guests can relax in our clean and comfortable rooms.
Hiking, climbing and biking are just minutes away at Cathedral Ledge, White Horse Ledge, Pinkham Notch, Crawford and Mt. Washington, just to name a few! The water enthusiast can canoe or kayak the Saco, swim at Echo Lake or fish the Ellis River. Winter enthusiasts can enjoy skiing, ice climbing, cross country ski, winter hiking and snowmobiling. For the less adventurous, there is the Conway Scenic Railroad*, excellent dining and tax-free shopping at the outlets along Route 16. The motel is a 2.5 hour ride from Boston and 1.5 hours from Portland, Maine.

Reservation Policy
All reservations require a credit card. Rates are based on double occupancy. Add $10 for each additional person. Children ten year and under are free. Children 10 and over are additional $10 per night. Dogs are welcome in some of our rooms. You must book a pet friendly room by phone only. Please read our Pet Policy. There is a $25 charge per dog for each night. Rates vary due to special events, holidays, and school vacation weeks. Check-in is any time after 3 PM. Check-out is 10AM. Front Desk is open from 7:30am-9:00pm Sunday - Thursday 7:30am - 10:pm Friday and Saturday.
Payment Policy
We accept:

Deposit of one night stay is required at the time of booking for each room reserved online. Non-refundable reservation will be charged in full at time of booking.
All rooms are Non-Smoking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
3 day cancellation policy applies. The first nights stay is forfeited by the guest if the cancellation date is less than three days from their scheduled arrival date or in the case of a no show.
Online or Travel Agent Reservation and Cancellation Policy
When you make an online or travel agent reservation we charge a deposit equal to the first nights room rental and tax. If you need to cancel your reservation outside three days prior to arrival, you will be credited all of your deposit except for a $20.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel within seven days prior to arrival, you are responsible for the deposit of the first nights room rental and tax. Unless the reservation is non-refundable. If so the entire amount is taken at time of reservation.
