Children of any age are welcome.

Each extra adult (after the first two) will be charged $20 per night, and each child under 18 years will be $15 per night. There is no capacity for cots or extra beds at this property.

Please note we do not currently accept credit cards, so any outstanding balance due on arrival will be in US or BZ cash ONLY.

Pets are not allowed and please no smoking inside the Suites or Cabanas.

We do not provide refunds or credits for late arrivals, inclement weather including hurricanes missed or cancelled flights or early departures. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance provided by most carriers.

The island of Caye Caulker is in the Coastal Caribbean/Tropical region of Belize.  While this provides incredible beauty and natural wonders from sky to sea, it also means that heat, humidity, sudden tropical squalls, Sargassum and power outages are common occurrences. We strive for a calm quiet serene environment, and most of the time it is..... However, sometimes neighbouring hotels host parties and play loud music. For those guests who are noise sensitive please keep this in mind. Living on a beach surrounded by jungle also means an abundance of Geckos, Iguanas, ants, and land crabs. Occasionally sand flies and mosquitoes can also be problematic. That being said, we will do everything we can to ensure your stay is comfortable and pleasant!

Guests are required to pay a deposit of $500 via PayPal at the time of booking.  Please note if your reservation totals more than $1000, then a 50% deposit is required and we will invoice you separately via PayPal for the balance of the 50% deposit, less the $500 deposit automatically charged at the time of booking.

Política de cancelación

More than 45 days before arrival:
Full refund, less a $50.00 administration fee, plus applicable PayPal fees.

From 21-45 days before arrival:
1-night administration charge per room or 20% of the booking (whichever is greater)

For those guests that give us notice to cancel with less than 21 days before arrival, we will attempt to rent out your room.

If successful, you will receive a partial refund less 1-night administration charge.
If your room remains empty, unfortunately, you will not receive a refund.
