Condominium rules :
*** If there is an infraction; fees may apply as well as eviction of the condo without any refund ***
⁃ no bare feet in common areas;
⁃ wear a garment over swimming suits in all common areas (a towel is not sufficient);
⁃ never exceed more than 10 persons (including children) at the same time in the swimming pool;
⁃ do not bring any glass item in the swimming pool and patio areas;
⁃ DO NOT SMOKE in the common areas (tobacco, vapoting and cannabis), including the garage; $500 may applied
⁃ NO ANIMAL IS AUTHORIZED in units rented on a short term basis; $500 may applied.
⁃ do not leave anything in the corridors (rug, boots, stroller, etc);
⁃ do not hang anything on the handrails of the balconies;
⁃ dispose of all recyclable items in the blue bin situated OUTSIDE in the back parking lot near the garage entrance;
⁃ short term tenants are not allowed to have guests at the swimming pool or other common areas;
⁃ Use only the « VISITEURS » parking lot and never park in a space marked « RESERVÉ » unless explicitly authorized by the owner.
⁃ AVOID NOISE AND LOUD MUSIC AT ALL TIMES.

Payment Policy

Guaranty :
20% of the reservation will be taken upon booking. non refundable.

Upon arrival :
- The total amount of the stay and a security deposit of $500 will be taken the day of the arrival.
- A deposit of $ 500 will be taken in the event of breakage or damage.
- An additional person fee of $ 20 may apply if the number of occupants does not match the reservation

Taxes to add to the price of the room:
QST/GST ACCOMMODATION TAXES: 19.00% of the total amount of the reservation

Cancellation Policy

Upon booking, a prepayment of 20% is taken and non-refundable.
7 days or less before arrival, 100% of the costs will be charged in case of cancellation
