GREEN POINT
Cascades holiday apartments are situated in Green Point, close to the centre of Cape Town, its world-famous beaches, Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, and the 2010 World Cup football stadium.
Cascades is a short walk to both the city centre and Cape Town's beautiful V & A Waterfront, which is home to world-class shopping, restaurants, cinemas, and many tourist attractions.
Clifton and Camps Bay beaches are a short distance from Cascades, and can easily be reached by car or public transport. Cascades self-catering apartments comprise studio and two-roomed (1 bedroom) apartments, fully equipped and serviced on a daily basis, except for Sunday and public holidays. These apartments can accommodate between two and four persons. Enclosed under-cover parking is available.
At Cascades we do our best to ensure your stay with us is as relaxing as possible - whether it's stocking your fridge before arrival, arranging airport transfers, or planning an excursion to one of the Cape's many wine farms...let us know what we can do to make your stay a more pleasurable one.
Babysitting, Laundry, Parking, Porter and airport transfers are available upon request.

1. Account to be paid in full, upon arrival.
2. No refunds for early departure.
3. No persons other than those listed on the reverse hereof may occupy the hired premises.
4. The hired premises are deemed to be in good order. Any defect or shortage must be reported to the management within two hours of arrival( a list of all equipment is displayed on the rear of the top kitchen cupboard).
5. Management does not accept any responsibility with regards to lost or damaged property.
6. Parking is at the owner's own risk.
7. Access to residential floors is restricted to residents or visitors accompanied by residents.
8. Any personal effects left on the hired premises, after check-out time, will, at the discretion of management, be removed and stored, at the guests risk. All such items left on the premises, may be disposed of, after 60 days.
9. It is confirmed that the premises are non-smoking.
Payment Policy
A deposit of 50% of the total bill is required in order to secure your reservation.
Cancellations
•Where cancellation occurs:
•On arrival or during the stay - the full payment due for the entire booking may be retained.
•0 - 14 days before arrival, no show - the full deposit paid may be retained.
•15 - 28 days before arrival - 75% (seventy five percent) of deposit, or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
•28 days or more before arrival - 50% (fifty percent) of deposit, or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
