Casa Flores casitas offers 6 individual casitas, all overlooking the beach and Pacific Ocean. Located in the beautiful town of Todos Santos.
The owner bought the property about 20 yrs. ago when it was just a little adobe hut. When retired, she moved down here as a permanent resident and started slowly developing the property for others to share. Southern charm and hand picked decorations from all over make these casitas very special.
Guests enjoy the whales swimming by, the salt water pool, hammocks, or watching glorious sunsets from their individual balconies or patios.

The Getaway is a first floor casita and it has a large private patio, looking towards the ocean. It is designed with glass tiles and light woodlike tile floor, full kitchen, kitchen table, woven wicker sofa, television, stone sink, tiled shower, and a/c. Tommy Bahama crème and orange comforters.

The Sirena has 2 queen beds and is a stand alone casita. There is a fully functioning kitchen and an extra large closet with roll in shower. it has a private porch overlooking the ocean and pool, an indoor dining table, dresser and a desk. It has a great view of the pool, beach, and gardens with lots of flowering plants.

The Escape Suite Prenota
The Escape is a tropical designed casita, second floor, measuring 450 square feet. It has tile floors(wood design) Tommy Bahama comforters, Parota wood headboards and bath counter, stone sink, large tiled shower, loveseat, chairs(inside and outside on balcony) and a television, small kitchenette. French doors open onto balcony with amazing view and breezes, just made for whale watching and enjoying the sunsets. A/C

The Vista Prenota
The Vista, 300 square feet, has an island feel; with blue walls, folk art and hand crated furniture. The kitchenette has everything but a stove top, including a blender and toaster oven. It has porch near the pool with two chairs. A/C

The Hideaway
The Hideaway Prenota
The Hideaway is a quaint, comfortable studio space with a simplistic kitchenette. The Kitchen is comprised of a small refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, coffee pot, dishes and silverware. There is a kitchen island with Talavera tile and two tall chairs. In addition, the Hide Away boasts a pergola with stuffed chairs and a view of the pool and ocean. The room 19’ by 17’ has a queen-sized bed hand made in Mexico, as well as a love seat and two sitting chairs. A/C

Casa Flores Casitas Booking Policies
The full amount of the guest's nightly or package rate will be charged at the time of booking. Incidentals will be held on this card or the card collected at check-in on an open voucher until checkout.
Cancellations
We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance.
Regarding cancellation of CASA FLORES CASITAS reservations:
CASA FLORES CASITAS will refund 50% of the booking amount if, and only if, the cancellation is made at least 2 days prior to the arrival date.
If a guest fails to cancel within 2 days of their arrival, they shall forfeit 100% of the booking amount.
Guests who book via an OTA (expedia or booking.com and other affiliates) and not directly with CASA FLORES CASITAS.com forfeit 100% of the booking amount regardless of cancellation date.
If for any reason a guest is not able to or chooses not to complete their stay, the booking is non-transferable to any other party. Guests who choose not to complete their stay forfeit all monies put forth for the deposit and any other monies charged according to the cancellation policy.
Damage
To avoid unnecessarily inconveniencing our customers, CASA FLORES CASITAS will collect a $75 up front security deposit unless otherwise noted at the time of booking. However, CASA FLORES CASITAS reserves the right to charge the customer for any damages or excessive cleaning required as a result of guest behavior.
Such damages include: stains from blood, alcohol, makeup and/or other permanent products; broken, burnt or torn furniture; missing furniture; broken, burnt or damaged tiles, glass, wall paint or wood; Theft or damage from guests failing to properly lock their rooms.
In the case that such damage occurs, the customer will be charged a $50 USD penalty plus the cost of whatever materials are required to repair the damage.
CASA FLORES CASITAS is a NON SMOKING environment, where smoking is prohibited in and around the rooms. We reserve the right to charge a $150 USD smoking fine to any guests that smoke in or around the rooms.
Personal Liability
CASA FLORES CASITAS will not be liable for missing, lost or allegedly stolen items during a guests stay. CASA FLORES CASITAS will happily hold valuables in the office safe, should the guest wish to leave them behind.CASA FLORES CASITAS require guests to stay at their own risk and will not be liable for injuries or accidents during the time of a guests stay.
Keys
Guests will be given 1 key upon arrival, lost or misplaced keys will result in a $50 replacement charge.
Check In
Credit card and Identification documents will be collected from all guests upon arrival. CASA FLORES CASITAS reserves the right to refuse guests who do not provide proper identification and payment information.
