WHO WE ARE
Located in the city of Ponta Delgada, on the south coast of São Miguel Island, Casa da Ilha has a privileged location by the sea.
The house is next to the city's promenade, with a bike path, where the locals usually go for their walks and ride their bicycles.
The daily view of the house includes the boats and sailboats that pass through it whenever they arrive on the island and depart from it.

The nearest bathing area is Forno da Cal, which is just a 5-minute walk away.
The Ponta Delgada marina with the various nautical activities it has to offer (eg whale watching), the swimming pool complex, the fishing grounds, another bathing area, and the Portas do Mar development, with its restaurants and bars, they are a 10-minute walk away, on a path made by the sea through the city's promenade.
The historic center of Ponta Delgada can also be reached on foot in 15 minutes, also via the city's promenade.
The beaches and the Parque Atlântico shopping center are a 5-minute drive away.
