Reservation policies:
The rates shown in the "SITE": https://casaanzures-en.revenatium.com will be maintained only in the case that the user reserves and complies with the payment policies specified, otherwise the rates may vary. A reservation is considered complete, when the "USER" has provided all the necessary data and has the confirmation number. At the time of booking, the "USER" authorizes CASA ANZURES to validate the card data provided during the transaction and expressly confirms to know and accept the Terms and Conditions, as well as the privacy policy of CASA ANZURES. All reservations are subject to availability at the time of processing your request. If the "USER" wishes to change or cancel his reservation, he must contact any of the phones of CASA ANZURES, mentioning his reservation number. CASA ANZURES suggests you read carefully the clause corresponding to CANCELLATION POLICIES. Any change of reservation is subject to availability and re-quotation of rates. For more information, the "USER" should contact the Travel Advisor, mentioning their reservation number.

Close review of information provided by "THE USER" at the time of payment of services.

CASA ANZURES, through its Risk Verification Department can monitor and review a reservation made by "THE USER" when it is considered high risk. It will be considered that a reservation is high risk, when the CASA ANZURES system detects that the data provided by "THE USER" at the time of making the payment of your reservation are false or incorrect or the institution issuing the credit card detects any discrepancy in the data entered by "THE USER".

In such situation, CASA ANZURES will immediately contact "THE USER" with the purpose of collating and validating the information provided. In the case "THE USER" does not validate the requested information, CASA ANZURES will proceed to cancel the reservation and to process the corresponding refund.

Modification policies:
All modifications are subject to availability.
All modifications are subject to full payment of extra charges that may occur according to the requested change and the date of the request.

Modifications in hotel reservations:

If you decrease the days of your stay, we refund the difference by applying a penalty of 10% on the amount to be reimbursed.
If you booked an offer, it is necessary that the changes you make comply with the same conditions to keep the offer. If you want to change your reservation to a date that has rate with offer, it is necessary to make a new reservation and cancel the previous one (the hotel cancellation policy applies).
Reimbursement policies:
We will only proceed to make a refund when it comes to errors attributable to the CASA ANZURES and that would be the following cases:

When a charge has been made higher than the charge that would correspond to the type of room that the guest has booked.
When the number of nights charged to the guest exceeds the number of nights the guest has stayed.
When, in compliance with CASA ANZURES Cancellation Policies, the guest is entitled to receive a refund.
EVERY refund will be made exclusively according to the client's initial payment method and the client's account. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE IN CASH.
Refunds can take of a maximum of 15 to 30 days before business hours, to be reflected in the customer's account statement. If not, please contact our accounting department to verify the status of your refund.
Special requests:
The requests will be taken into consideration, but in ANY CASE the concession of the same is guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies:
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the hotel, time of year or type of room. You can review the specific policy that applies to the selected hotel during the reservation process.

In case you have to leave the hotel before the end of your stay (early departure), or do not show up at the hotel (known as a no show) it is considered a cancellation and no refunds apply. If you reduce the number of guests once the reservation is paid, it is up to the hotel to apply penalties or refunds.

In general, the cancellation policies will be given as follows:

In case of cancellation, 3.5% of the payment will be retained for administrative fee. This amount is not refundable by the bank.
