Conditions générales

For online bookings made directly with the hotel and not via a third party, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance is due 30 days before arrival unless prior arrangement is made in advance. If no prior arrangement has been made, we will charge your card approximately 30 days before arrival for the balance due. If you have booked a flexible rate, the reservation is changable or refundable up to 48 hours before the check-in time.

Politique d'annulation

Payments made on non-refundable bookings are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. In the event that you have not paid in full, no further payment will be due in the event of cancellation. If you have booked a flexible rate, the reservation is changable or refundable up to 48 hours before the check-in time. Changes to flexible bookings may will alter the rate payable but you will not be charged any fees for changing.
