When reserving the hotel needs a credit card as a guarantee, this will only be used in case of no show, otherwise the total of the reservation will be charged at the end of the stay.
You can also make the reservation through a bank transfer, prior to this check availability through email, use our account on BNCR(Banco Nacional de Costa Rica) 100-02-000-608551-8 that is under our name of Cabinas Las Olas S.A., IBAN: CR39015100010026085518 with legal number 3-101-11759-0 and then send us the proof of payment to our email (info@cabinaslasolas.com), once we get the payment mail we would be sending the confirmation.

Norme di cancellazione
Any cancellation is penalized with 25% of the total amount of the reservation after 24 hours , or one day payment at least, 21 to 15 days in advance will be penalized with 50%, 14 days or less there will be no refund. The penalty percentages are based on the total amount of the reservation.
