Rates are per room, per night, do not include any applicable taxes, service charges, levies, gratuities or surcharges, unless otherwise noted, vary by arrival date and/or length of stay. Early departure charges may apply. Offers not valid in conjunction with any other offer or contract and do not apply to group reservations. I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1) Guests must be 21 years or older with valid government issued ID to check-in and must remain at the Hotel throughout the stay. 2) All Guests must wear Hotel issued wrist band while staying at the property until Check-out. 3) Check-out is at 12:00PM on date of scheduled departure. I grant the Hotel the right to remove & store my personal belongings if I do not check-out by 12:00PM. 4 )Our quiet hours are between 11:00PM-7:00AM Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, exceeding the number of permitted guests, or otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the Hotel without a refund. 5) All Visitors must first sign in with the Desk Agent at Reception in the Lobby. 6) Guests are limited to one parking space in the parking lot based upon availability, parking is not guaranteed. 7) I am personally responsible for any and all charges made by me and/or the person(s) traveling with me. 8) Smoking in a nonsmoking room is prohibited, and will result in a cleaning fee of $200. If necessary, I authorize the Hotel to bill my card for a $200 cleaning fee. 9) Leaving a unit in a condition that requires excessive cleaning will result in a cleaning fee of $200 or more. If necessary, I authorize the Hotel to bill my card for a $200 cleaning fee. 10) I am liable for the cost of replacing missing items and/or rectifying damage to the Hotel's property or structure caused by my deliberate, negligent or reckless act(s) and/or those act(s) of person(s) traveling with me. I authorize the Hotel to charge my credit/debit card for all such damages and/or missing items. 11)Cash, Pre-paid Debit Cards or Gift Cards will not be accepted for Security Deposits. 12) All room keys must be returned to Front Desk at Check-out or be charged a $200 RE-KEY FEE ____________ (Guest Initials) The hotel reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary or add to these terms and/or conditions at any time without prior notice or warning.

A credit card is required for all reservations made at Bird of Paradise Hotel. For your protection, the reservation processing is handled on a secured server that encrypts your credit card information. Last Minute Deals, Nonrefundable Rates, Specials with Promo Codes, Package Deals, Free Nights and Holiday dates have restrictions, may be non-refundable and may require prepayment in full. For a Standard short-term stay, a charge equal to the rate of your first night's stay plus any applicable taxes and/or fees may be charged as a deposit prior to your arrival at the hotel. For a Standard longer stay, a 50% deposit is required. Our Reception Desk is able to accept cash, credit card, and bank transfer payments for guest convenience. Cancellation and deposit policies vary by reservation rate plan. Last Minute Deals, Nonrefundable Rates, Specials with Promo Codes, Package Deals, 3rd Party OTAs, Free Nights and Holiday dates have restrictions and may be non-refundable.
Travelers who cancel 15 days or more before 6:00PM CST on the day of check-in are charged no fee. Travelers who cancel less than 15 days before 6:00PM CST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
The policies governing your specific reservation are provided at the time the reservation is made and also are provided in email and written confirmations.

Reservations that have been guaranteed with a credit card and/or deposit and/or prepayment are held for you until arrival. If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, cancellation policies will apply.

If you have booked a room through the use of a travel agency or an online travel agency (OTA) such as booking.com, expedia.com, hotels.com, etc., you must cancel or modify your booking through the agency that you used to make the booking.
