• Check -in time is between 3:00 and 9:00 pm, Check-out is at 11:00 am. If you are arriving after 9:00 pm, please call in advance to make arrangements. Arrivals after 9:00 PM may be subject to a Late arrival Fee.

• Guaranteed Reservation - All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card

• Right to Refuse Service – Birch Lodge is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that does not violate Federal or State laws.

• Good Night’s Rest Policy - To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, the hotel enforces a Good Night’s Rest Policy in our guest rooms.

• Non-Smoking - Birch Lodge is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke-free environment (including electronic cigarettes). Although smoking is not permitted within hotel buildings, guests are permitted to smoke outside in designated areas. Guests who do not comply will be charged a room-recovery fee to restore guest rooms to a smoke-free condition. Please properly dispose of smoking material.

• Recreational Equipment - Any use of Birch Lodge’s recreation equipment (kayaks, row boats, etc.) is done at participant’s sole risk. Birch Lodge shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to the participant or participant’s personal property resulting from the use of recreation equipment, regardless of whether it occurs as a result of Birch Lodge’s negligence.

• No-Party Policy - Birch Lodge has a strict “No Party” policy in all guestrooms including indoor and outdoor public areas. Noise complaints are taken very seriously and may result in eviction without compensation. We do not allow outdoor or in room cooking at Birch Lodge.

• Music - No Audible personal music is allowed around the property, please use headphones. Glass - No glassware or glass bottles are allowed at the beach.

• Pets are allowed in Pet Rooms only on Barking Package. Max Weight is 40 lbs. The Mid-century Motel has two pet friendly rooms, available on first come first serve basis. You MUST notify us if you are bringing your pet.

Responsibility of Pet Behavior. As a responsible pet owner, I agree to accept full responsibility for any and all damages and/or soiling caused by my pet during my stay. I understand that the costs for the repair or additional cleaning requirements (including labor) will be charged accordingly to the credit card provided upon check in. This includes flea treatment of the guest rooms. ______Initials.

Pet Fee: My signature below confirms my authorization of a non-refundable pet fee of $25.00 (plus tax). No more than two pets allowed per guest room. _____ Initials.

Kenneled Pets in Sleeping Rooms. Pets left unattended in motel room must be in a kennel. The grooming and bathing of pets is not permitted in the guest rooms. _____ Initials.

Noisy or Disruptive Pet. I understand that should my pet disturb other hotel guests; the hotel will have no other choice but to refuse further accommodations for my pet. A second warning will lead to the eviction of the pet and possibly the entire party with no refund. ______Initials.

Cleaning up after my Pet. I am aware that I must pick up after my pet on the property. For your convenience we have provided a pet station located on the far east side of the motel which is in the dog walk area next to room 8.

I acknowledge that my pet has received and is current with all required shots & immunizations. I can produce those records if required at any time during my stay. _____ Initials.

Service Pets. Service animals for physical assistance are not subject to pet fee. However, the owner may be liable if the animal causes damage. Service animal ID is required to waive the fee. _____ Initials.

Politique d'annulation

• Due to Covid 19 we have reduced our cancellation period from 14 to 10 days. Cancellations 10 days or more in advance will be fully refunded.

• Early Departure Fee - If you check out prior to your scheduled departure date, a fee equal to 50 percent of the remaining room fee and taxes will be charged.

• Modifications of reserved dates which result in decreased nights will be charged 50% of the modified guaranteed rate.
