We do not offer breakfast Monday morning to Friday Morning.

Your room rate is inclusive of 20% VAT (We are unable to offer breakfast for Hotel bookings for Monday Morning to Friday Morning. We do offer cooked breakfast to hotel guests on Saturdays and Sundays)

In order to check in you must provide the card that you made booking with alongside a matching, valid form of ID. Failure to provide this will result in a cancellation of the booking.

We operate a no smoking policy at our venue. A smoking area is located at the front of the building. Any guests smoking in our bedrooms or inside the property will incur a £50 charge to cover cleaning costs.

Please be aware that Becketts is a lively venue and our bedrooms are located above our Restaurant and Bar. We cannot accommodate children.

Due to the nature of our Grade II Listed building our hotel is not suitably for those with mobility issues or wheelchair users.

Small, well behaved dogs are welcome to stay in selected rooms, at our discretion and at an additional cost. Please inquire directly before booking your stay to ensure your four legged friend meets our requirements, as we have the right to refuse entry upon arrival and you may still be charged.

Please be aware that we do not have any allocated parking onsite, however there are plenty of metered parking spaces in the surrounding streets. Parking in Southsea is typically free between the hours of 6pm - 8am. Outside of these hours you can control your meter using the Ringo mobile app.

Payment Policy

Payment will be taken 72 hours prior to your arrival, unless any promotional rates have been selected, where other payment options have been stated. Any cancellations made within the 72 hour cancellation window are non refundable.

The card that the booking was made with will be required alongside a valid matching form of ID at the time of check in. Failure to provide this will result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your reservation with us, we ask that you do so 72 hours prior to your stay. Any deposits paid at this point will be refunded within 5 working days.

If you cancel within 72 hours of your expected arrival, any payments made will not be refunded. In this instance if we are unable to sell the room you may be accountable to pay the full price of your cancelled room. We will also charge the full price of the booked room if you fail to arrive without informing us.
