Norme di pagamento

At time of booking you will be asked to guarantee your booking with a Credit or Debit card. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Settlement of your bill in full, less any advance payments must be made on arrival at the Hotel. On departure from the hotel, any additional costs must be settled.

Norme di cancellazione

Cancellations and amendments for direct bookings should be made with the Reservations Office by calling 01483 232 051. Any third-party bookings should be cancelled or amended directly with the original booking source.

Reservations cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival will be cancelled without charge. In the event of a cancellation within this period, the first night’s accommodation charge is non-refundable and will be charged to the Credit/Debit Card given as guarantee.

In the event of non-cancellation/non-arrival 100% of the total booking will be charged.

Where applicable the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount payable for such cancellations against the Client's credit card without prior notice or approval of the Client. Normal terms of payment apply to these charges.
