Terms & Conditions
We offer an exclusive check in service as there is no front desk. But we are always on site.. we do offer errands and services on site , please call us if you need anything!
Your reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit or/and according to the clauses of your contract with one of our partners.
On arrival, a Damage/Security deposit C$300 will be blocked from your Credit Card, without being actually charged unless there is a reason to do so, otherwise it will be automatically unblocked within a week of departure. Alternatively the security deposit may be settled in Cash.
Smoking is only permitted on balconies and terraces but not in any interior areas of the suite or building common areas. No parties or loud noise are permitted. Security is present at the premises.
ApartHotelMontreal may offer, upon arrival, any other equivalent or larger apartment Suite(s) at the same cost.
No meal is included in this room
All children are welcome, we offer baby crib and chair free of charge (please reserve)
Payment Policy
A reservation deposit of 30% will be deducted from the stay amount upon booking. Balance will be charged at check in. Charges will appear in the Client's Card Statement as 'ANVAL' Please Note that the Credit Card used to settle the booking deposit MUST be presented upon check-in otherwise the total Stay must be paid upon check-in and the deposit will be credited to the Card originally used to settle it. The balance at check-in is payable by Credit Card, interact E-mail transfer or Cash.
Cancellation Policy
Booking on partner sites: please refer to the cancelation terms of your booking.
Non refundable room: Deposit of 30% is Non Refundable but can be applied to future stays in case of change of reservation dates. To avoid being charged the full amount of the stay in case of cancelation, please cancel or modify your reservation lo later than 14 days before arrival . Subject to and depending on the circumstances, a date change will be possible and the non-refundable deposit may be transferred
No show guest will be charged the full amount of the booking.
