Política de pago
Reservations shall be paid as follows:
- For reservations made more than 30 days before arrival: 30% confirmatory deposit within 1 week after reservation.
- For reservations made at least 7 days before arrival: 30% confirmatory deposit within 2 days after reservation.
- For reservations made less than 7 days before arrival: 30% confirmatory deposit within 24 hours after reservation.

The outstanding balance will be paid in cash or your credit card at the time of arrival. We do not accept checks.
We guarantee only reservations that have been confirmed by a confirmatory deposit as indicated. If the deposit is not paid in the terms here defined, we are free to accept other reservations for the same period, including without previous announcement.

Política de cancelación
You can cancel your reservation without any cost before you pay the confirmatory deposit of 30%.
With the payment of the confirmatory deposit, you confirm your reservation definitively.
The deposit will not be paid back if you cancel after this date or do not show up on the booked arrival day.
You may, in agreement with Aparthotel Boquete, pass your liability to a third person which fulfills the contract for you.
