Terms & Conditions

CHECK-IN Y CHECK-OUT

1.- Check-In time: From 14.00 p.m. onwards
Check-Out time: until 11.00 a. m. on the next day.

2.- In case customers would like to extend their stay, reception staff must be informed before Check out time. The request will be managed according to the apartment´s availability. Guests will be informed anyhow.

Reyes Católicos´ apartments will keep the right to not extend hotel stay if it is believed to be necessary.
If guests don't let reception staff know about the stay extension the following rules could be taken.
*When check out is delayed until 14:00 p.m. , half of a day price must be paid.
*When check out is delayed over 14:00 p.m. , full day price must be paid.

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS

1.- Guests must be in possession of a physical and valid ID .

2.- Property keeps the right of admission.

3.- Guests must present a valid Credit/Debit card at Check in time if required.

4.- If guests leave the apartment before check out time, there will be no refund

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

1.- The apartment is obliged to act following the statements below:
Providing guests the proper conditions for a pleasant stay.
Safe stay, including security systems and confidentiality in the treatment of the client's personal information (LPD) Data Protection Law.
In the unlikely event of technical problems outside the will of the apartment´s management, reception staff would be firmly compromised to solve them, causing the least of the problems to guests.

2.- The apartment might offer the following services with no extra cost:
-Touristic information and indications.
-Luggage custody.

3.- In case it's needed, guests could ask for a baby crib with an extra cost.

GUESTS RESPONSIBILITY

1.- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult all the time. Any damage caused by children under no supervision will be the responsibility of their parents.

2.- Clients will be responsible and must indemnify the apartment for any damage caused to the apartment, to other clients, or other guests, including apartment´s image damage.

3.- In the case a guest breaks any of these conditions, Reyes Católicos apartment might take use of his right of no admission. The apartment will inform local authorities in case it is needed.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints and suggestions must be taken to the Reception Staff, who will provide guests with a claim form. Guests can fulfill and give back this form to reception staff for this to be registered, as it is stated by local legislation.

Payment Policy

Clients must pay the whole rate at check in time, anyhow before entering to the apartment.

Following payment methods are accepted: VISA/ MASTERCARD, Paypal and Cash.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations must be notified to the staff through the channel used for the booking, email or phone call.

Cancelations notified within 3 days before check in time will be charged with the whole fee.
