Terms & Conditions

The departure of the apartment will be made up to 11:30PM.

The apartment will be delivered clean and tidy. The customer undertakes to return the apartment in good conditions. Ensure you empty the trash, clean the dishes and empty the fridge the day of departure. Otherwise you will be billed a 30€ cleaning fee.

The cleaning of the apartment is made every 4 days.

The loss of the apartment keys carries a surcharge of 30€.

The input and output of the apartment is free during the day and the night. Not permitted to make noise that might disturb the other apartments from 22:00H onwards.

Prohibited pets.

Whenever they leave the apartment they have in mind to turn off the lights and air conditioning.

In the event of damage to our facilities or loss of any of the elements of the apartment, the customer shall bear the costs, either in cash or with the card that guarantees the reservation.

THE BREACH OF ANY OF THESE RULES BY THE CUSTOMER WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE ABANDONMENT, WITHOUT ANY RIGHT TO COMPENSATION ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY.

Payment Policy

GENERAL RATE

The client will have to pay 10% of the total price if he cancels after making the reservation and 20% more of the total price if he cancels during the 14 days before the date of arrival. If the customer does not appear he will have to pay the total price.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE

The customer will have to pay the full price if he cancels at any time.
