I, the undersigned, hereby agree and undertake :
Whilst every care has been taken by Annie’s Lodge to ensure the safety of guests and their possessions whilst enjoying our accommodation and facilities, Annie’s Lodge and the owners does not accept any liability in the event that any loss, damage or death to persons or guest and their visitors.
Annie’s Lodge or the owners does not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or their visitors. It is therefore the sole responsibility of all guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items prior to arrival at Annie’s Lodge.
Any guest Utilising the Swimming Pool or any water sport or recreational facility entirely at their own risk and that they are fully aware that there are no lifesaving facilities of any nature provided and shall have no claim of whatsoever nature against the Annie’s Lodge and the owners including any claim from any injury/ bodily harm/death and or/loss of property which could arise from the use of this facility.
CHECK-OUT TIME 10:00AM OR ADDITIONAL COST.
Initial website or online Inquiry: money will NOT be deducted from Credit or Debit Cards; however details are required as form of identification to secure bookings only.
Guests shall not make any unlawful, noisy or otherwise offensive use of the rented premises, nor commit or permit any nuisance to exist thereon, nor cause damage to the rented premises, nor create any substantial interference with the rights, comfort, safety, or enjoyment to the owner or other guests. Consideration is given to guests with allergies. Smoking and pets are not permitted, unless stated otherwise at specific accommodations. Our website indicates a complimentary breakfast. Continental breakfast and full breakfast’s available, private furnished apartments have kitchens or kitchenettes and do not provide breakfast foods.

VAT 16.5%, 1 % Tourism Levy included in the price; VISA facilities are available with 5% surcharge, and Bank transfer can be arranged if guest wish to pay for accommodation in advance.

Guarantee Policy:/Deposit Policy: It may be necessary to make a 50% Accommodation no refund deposit to guarantee your reservation. High season: 100% Prepayment required from private individuals: No refunds: If necessary credit note facility available.

No-show Policy: In case of no-show, the Lodge will charge the first night's stay.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation of the reservation within 72 Hours, the Lodge reserves the right to charge the first night, except in cases where other conditions have been agreed.

Group cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation on number of rooms, whilst in-house, the Lodge reserves the right to charge for the night, if written instruction is not received before 9am , except in cases where other conditions have been agreed.

Early Check Out Policy: The Lodge reserves the right to charge the full cost of the stay in case of early departure of the guest without prior notice (24h minimum).

Checkout Policy after 12pm: Must be requested. Please contact the reception at least one day prior. You may be required to pay an additional fee

Hours: Check in – 2pm.
Check out- 10am.

Any check-out after this time must be requested in advance

Invoice Payment Policy: - Companies: LPO Only approved Payment credit period of 14 days from day of checkout follows; Payment will be made via; Bank guaranteed cheque/ Bank transfer/ Cash

Private Individual or reservations without LPO's are required to pay Accommodation upon Check-In unless prior arrangements have been discussed directly.
