You will get access to the house via a code; each apartment has its own individual code,you will get all the necessary PIN codes prior to your arrival

Child policies:
- Children of any age are welcome.
- Children aged 15 years and above are considered adults at this property.
- To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.

- For 0-2 years old you can request a baby crib to have installed in your room free of charge

Tax
A local tax of €1,15/pers/day will be charged. You can pay this either in person or by bank transfer.

Deposit
We have recently tried to accommodate the booking without taking any deposit

Our apartment house is a Non smoking house. Please smoke on the terrace or the balcony while you can enjoy the beautiful mountain views.
Parties/events are not allowed
Out of consideration for other guests, pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Payment Policy

We require a 30% deposit to be paid within 7 days after the booking was made. Once the payment has been made, the guest will receive an e-mail confirmation with the details of the booking. The outstanding amount will be due at the time of departure.

Cancellation Policy

a) Free cancellation until 30 days before arrival (time shown in the confirmation email).

b) 30% of the total sum will be charged for cancellations during the first 15 days prior to your arrival.

c) 70% of the total sum will be charged in the event of cancellation up to 8 days before arrival.

d) In the event of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, 90% of the total sum will be charged.

e) A 100% charge shall apply in the event of a no-show, without cancellation.

f) No refund will be made in the event of an early departure.
