REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS:
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking is required for complete and effective booking confirmation.
Full booking balance is due on the day of departure or arrival.
If the booking is cancelled/modified equal or less than 6 days before arrival then a charge equal to 75% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled/modified more than 6 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will apply.
In the event of a no show- without prior announcement- the full cost of the booking will be made.
NON REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS:
A non refundable deposit of 100% of the total booking is required for complete and effective booking confirmation.
