Payment Policy

Payment in cash and card is accepted

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation within 48 hours after making the reservation, as long as it
is done at least 7 days before arrival (the time is indicated in the
confirmation email).

After this period, if guests cancel days before arrival, they
will not receive a refund of the paid rate.

Example:

7 days before or

48 hours after the reservation

To obtain a full refund of the price per night, the cancellation
must be made at least 7 full days before the local time of arrival of the advertisement (indicated in the confirmation email) .

The service fee will not be refunded unless the guest cancels the reservation within the free cancellation period.

Arrival

If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave earlier than expected after arrival, the nights not spent will not be refunded.
